What information is collected

Although browsing this website does not require the transfer of personal information, sometimes Neptelia needs to request certain personal data from the user, for example, for subscriptions to the newsletter. In these cases, in the data collection forms, the mandatory fields for processing requests or queries are identified with an asterisk. With respect to the rest of the fields, the user can decide whether or not to voluntarily provide Neptelia with said data, either to improve the quality of the service, receive (or not) information of a commercial nature, subscribe to newsletters and/or bulletins, as well as participate in events.
